Lodge Irvine Newtown

Entered the light in 2009, and wished I had done it sooner.  Lodge 1662 has a fantastic bunch of guys who have made me really welcome.

I am married to the daughter of a PM of 1662, and have two girls.

Took office for first time in 2009, and am enjoying every minute of it.

Father of three great kids, my 13year old has played youth pro football with Gretna, KIllie, and Queen of the south. Lee 15 is the current 54 kio Brittish Bronze medalist, scottish finalist, he was also sottish champion in 2008 at 42 kilo.My wife is pregnant expecting twins  January 2010. Mywifes twin brother joined the lodge tha sane day as me, He still attends when he can, Robert Campbell. My family are  reason for getting out of bed in the morning. Stil at NAC. 21 years now, talk to our RWP on a semi reguler basis.

I am a Past Master of Lodge Kyle Kildrum No.1602. With the exception of the meeting @ Lodge St. Bryde I have attended all the meetings of the Five New Town Lodges. I hope that this year Lodge Kyle Kldrum will host this event. I shall be in touch with all the Lodge secretary's to try and confirm dates etc.

I was W.M. of Acacia Lodge 580 in 1985/86 and became District Secretary to the D.D.G.M. in 2005/06 and received my Grand Lodge appointment at the meeting of G.L. in July 2006. Due to lack of memership Acacia lodge 580 handed in its charter in 2007 and amalgamated with St.Paul's lodge 107 where I am currently a member of the mentors program which instructs new members and upcoming officers. I am also on the finance committe of the lodge and the degree team.
